Job Overview:
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in a real estate office. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and facilitating communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Client Interaction:
• Assist clients with inquiries about properties, services, and the buying/selling process.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with agents.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain the client database and property listings.
• Provide support during open houses and property showings.
• Other Duties:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Monitor office supplies and assist in inventory management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Any Field ; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in real estate.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is an advantage.
