A front desk executive's responsibilities include:
• Customer service: Greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors, and providing information about the organization's services
• Administrative tasks: Answering phone calls, handling mail and packages, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
• Problem-solving: Identifying problems and using problem-solving skills to provide solutions
• Maintaining a professional work environment: Keeping the office neat and tidy, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed
• Handling complaints: Receiving and resolving client feedbacks and complaints in a manner consistent with company policy
• Reporting: Reporting to upper management and making them aware of any complaints or unsafe situations
