• Greet clients warmly, ensuring a friendly environment at the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD) Experience Center.
• Handle front desk tasks and client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as ambiance, plants/flowers, pantry, safety measures, and housekeeping.
• Supervise external vendors and address disruptions promptly.
• Oversee records of all incoming/outgoing documents, parcels, and couriers.
• Manage and monitor housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office staff attendance, and leave records.
• Act as the go-to person for inventory management and procurement.
• Ensure safety measures and emergency materials are readily available.
• Keep management updated on relevant news or social situations for safety precautions.
• Plan and execute team festivities and manage budget approvals.
• Provide tours of the experience center when required.

• Masters, Bachelors, or Diploma degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in luxury brands, hospitality, or aviation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and presence of mind.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to client service and attention to detail.
