Greetings & Welcoming Visitors, handling incoming calls, maintaining in & out register for visitors.
Handling EPBAX systems, Transferring calls to the concerned person/department
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain administrative records, files, and databases.
Scheduling interviews as per HR Requirement.
Coordinating with HR regarding interview & Joining Process
Arranging meetings and appointments, Conference room booking within organization
Manage stationery requirements & printing services (letterheads, envelopes, visiting cards, etc.).
ABOUT YOU
Must be a Graduate with a recognized university
Must have experience in working as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist (2 to 3 years)
Must be well versed with MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
