Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Management :
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Communication :
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently using the EPBX system.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
• Administrative Support :
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders when necessary.
• Coordination :
• Manage courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist various departments with ad-hoc tasks when required.
• Customer Service :
• Provide accurate information to clients about services and offerings.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed.

Pay: ?9,868.86 - ?25,000.00 per month
