Position: Front Desk Executive
Location: Andheri, Thane, Dadar (as per requirement)

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Handling:
• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
• Understand and address customer inquiries related to repairs and services for Apple, Bose, Dell, Asus, and other supported brands.
• Provide accurate information about services, warranties, and repair timelines.
• Appointment Management:
• Manage and schedule customer appointments for drop-offs and pickups.
• Ensure smooth coordination between onsite service teams and service centers.
• Documentation & Billing:
• Maintain detailed records of service requests and transactions in the system.
• Generate and issue bills, receipts, and service agreements.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate with service technicians to update customers about the status of their devices.
• Communicate any delays or additional charges to customers in a professional manner.
• Service Promotion:
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, AMC services, and additional repair options like chip-level repairs or OEM spare upgrades.
• Promote pickup and drop services for convenience.
• Reception Management:
• Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for billing and record-keeping.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
