Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding & Transactions: Assist with client onboarding, manage transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Client Relationship Management: Schedule client meetings, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Social Media & Community Management: Assist the team in managing our social media presence and WhatsApp communities.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as required by the business.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Bonus Points:
• Experience in the financial services industry (a plus).
• Experience with social media management tools (a plus).
