Job Description

Greeting Patients - direct / over the phone.

• Understanding and Responding to their queries in appropriate manner.
• Registration and billing patients (as applicable) in accurate and timely manner.
• Informing the patients about charges in different departments.
• Handling cash and card payments transactions and closing with finance.
• Providing general administrative support and promote internal marketing. Educate the customers of the different services and specialties and promote them regularly & clearly. Promote doctors & services among staff & patients ( check dept statistics and promote that necessitate action)
• Scheduling / canceling the appointments with respective doctors and maintaining the same records in diary.
• Entering all the pending jobs of the day in the duty handover register and getting it signed by the person assuming duty in the next shift. (DAILY)
• Keeping the general cleanliness and maintenance of the reception area.
• MIS (Management of Information system) document or save the every required data of patients (may be also the complaint and enquiry).
• Completing health checks under 5 hrs
• Target to get 90 % positive customer feedbacks on OP(consultations, diagnostics) & inpatients
• Ensuring All lab reports are made available to customers within 12 hrs of signoff from lab or external sources
• Ensure to followup with the doctors and update doctor delays immediately in scheduler, communicate with customers of delay ( Measured through negative patient feedbacks on waiting time)
• ensuring proper monitoring of waiting time, reducing the waiting time to less than 15 mins for consultations - 30 mins in case of investigations or procedures
• reduce the number of call drops and voice messages and ensure to revert back with 30 mins
• reduce the number of cancellation of appointments Should be less than - ( Average of 6 months)
• update any changes, list out the roadblocks or improvements that help them promote the new service
• implement the processes set for the new services and concerns that need to be addressed
• monitor and reduce billing errors upper limit of 50 numbers
• Reduce unnecessary consumption of materials. ( usage based on avg patient footfalls)
• Ensure to plan leaves well in advance and be flexible to extend support when required by team leader
• Ensure to attend all training sessions set in the calendar year
• Share feedback on areas of improvement with team leaders
• Ensure to participate in monthly meetings and collaborate with team leaders to improve the department processes & functioning

Desired Qualification:

Any GraduateSkills and experience:

Accuracy and Integrity

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Good knowledge of MS Office

Proficiency in English

Exemplary planning and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Experience : 1 to 3years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
