We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's appointment calendar efficiently.
• Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
• Verify client information and update records as needed in our practice management system.
• Process payments for services rendered and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding hospital services, pricing, and appointment availability.
• Assist with managing inventory of office supplies and veterinary products.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in veterinary or medical office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems, including practice management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward clients and their pets.
