Key responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming students as they approach the front desk.
Cold call people using the academy's existing directory on various platforms.
Answering all incoming calls from prospective customers, customer questions and addressing complaints.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirement.
Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
Needs to manage class rescheduling requests and handle database.
Make daily trackers for student/teacher team.
Identify ways to improve company's sales.
Collect and track student fee in a timely manner.
Batch management.
Keep the class management software up to date, by updating all the modules mainly fees, batches, student information etc on a daily basis.
