The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role includes managing administrative tasks, handling incoming calls, and providing support for day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visitor Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable.
• Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes if required.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Call Handling:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Screen and forward calls as necessary.
• Provide information to callers and take messages when required.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating events.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate their replenishment.
• Update and maintain employee and visitor contact lists.
• Customer Service:
• Address inquiries from employees, visitors, and callers promptly and effectively.
• Provide basic information about the organization, such as location, services, or policies.
