Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front office area. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation processing. Provide basic information on visa types, immigration procedures, and related services. Ensure clients are aware of necessary documentation and next steps in their immigration process. Collaborate with the visa consultants and other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant certification is a plus. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office or consultancy environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided). Note : We will give priority to the experienced candidate first and then next priority will be given to Fresher too .
