- Attending to the incoming phone calls and transferring to the persons concerned.
- Outgoing calls as directed.
- Accepting the packages & documents, noting down details, discuss with director, and handover to the concerned persons and take signatures on the register.
- Book the courier company as per direction of Manager-HRD, maintain courier details in the register/computer and inform the concerned person.
- Maintaining details of the guests, receive them and arrange meeting with respective concerned person. Need based arrangement for tea, coffee, drinking water etc.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, arrangements of furniture, plants and housekeeping of the front office, Meeting room.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
