Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls (including resort booking-related queries), handle appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
Qualifications:
Graduation required.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
