Job Summary :
We are seeking the Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure the Reception area & Conference Room are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pen, pencil, writing pad, calculator, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily Inward & outward couriers.
• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Making travel arrangement and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
