Answering Inbound Calls::
• Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Front Desk Duties:
• Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Customer Service:
• Providing excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
• Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience.
Appointment Scheduling:
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients or customers.
• Managing the appointment calendar efficiently.
Call Routing:
• Transferring calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
• Taking accurate messages and relaying them to the appropriate person.
Data Entry:
• Recording and updating customer information in the system.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of calls and interactions.
Administrative Support:
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Managing and distributing incoming mail and packages.
Handling Queries:
• Responding to general inquiries about the company's products, services, or policies.
• Providing basic information about pricing, promotions, and other relevant details.
Multitasking:
• Balancing phone calls, walk-ins, and other responsibilities efficiently.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional Communication:
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Problem Resolution:
• Identifying and resolving issues or concerns raised by customers or visitors.
• Escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
