- Fix and manage client sessions
- Managing payments and petty cash
- Maintaining appointment diary and monthly calendar (Google Calendar) for professionals and consultants
- Managing Excel sheets for payments, client information, schedules etc
- Client handling
- Handling cancellation of sessions
- Managing calls and queries for sessions, trainings and other programs
- Managing support staff
- Maintain the decorum of the centre and informing management about any concerns
Requirements- Fluency in English, Graduate in any specialization
