Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area to create a positive first impression.
• Ensure all brochures, magazines, and materials in the reception area are up-to-date and well-organized.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to relevant personnel.
• Maintain a log of visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or person.
• Create content for Social Media
• Make Calls and convert clients
• Issue visitor badges or passes as required and monitor visitor access.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients or internal meetings.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
• Distribute documents, letters, and packages to appropriate recipients.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Provide support to other departments as needed, including managing office supplies inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
