Description of Role

Responding to the telephonic call and carrying out the conversations politely and timely manner.

Handling multiple telephone lines promptly and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension.

Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handling them appropriately.

Getting and assisting visitors and Guests.

Department / Executive and responding inbox and case of customer enquirers.

Maintaining discipline in rushing hours.

Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.

Handling telephonic and walk-in enquirers.

To do the data entry, prepare presentations, make reports whenever required by the team

Skill Sets Expected

? Excellent communication and analytical skills.

? Excellent Knowledge of MS- Office software suite.

? Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan tasks.

? Ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must.

Location: Noida Sec 16
Nearest Metro: Noida sec 16
Only Male candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
