Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
1. Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to relevant personnel.
2. Manage and maintain the reception area's appearance and organization.
3. Monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages.
Administrative Support:
1. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Customer Service:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly.
2. Handle complaints and feedback, escalating when necessary.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Operations:
1. Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with security, health, and safety protocols.
3. Participate in special projects and events.
