Job Description

• Greeting Customers and Clients : Welcoming visitors with a friendly attitude, providing them with information, and guiding them through the premises if necessary.
• Sales and Upselling : Engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing products or services, and suggesting additional offerings that might interest them.
• Answering Inquiries : Responding to customer inquiries, either in person, over the phone, or via email, and providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Processing Transactions : Handling cash, credit, and other payment methods to process sales, issue receipts, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
• Inventory Management : Keeping track of stock levels, updating inventory records, and informing the sales or warehouse team when items need replenishment.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Front Desk : Ensuring that the front desk and surrounding areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with promotional materials, brochures, or samples.
• Customer Relationship Management : Building rapport with clients and customers, gathering feedback, and working to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with Promotions and Marketing : Supporting in-store promotions, distributing marketing materials, and providing information on special offers or loyalty programs.
• Scheduling Appointments or Reservations : For businesses that operate with scheduled services, managing bookings, appointments, or reservations efficiently.
• Handling Complaints or Issues : Addressing customer complaints professionally, resolving issues when possible, or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Updating Records and CRM Systems : Recording customer interactions, sales activities, and maintaining up-to-date records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Preparing Daily Sales Reports : Summarizing daily sales, preparing reports, and submitting them to supervisors or management.
• Coordination with Sales Team : Working closely with other sales and service team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales efforts.
• Ensuring Security and Safety Protocols : Maintaining a secure and safe environment for customers and staff, reporting any security issues to management as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?29,130.63 per month
