• Manage reception area - Cleanliness and availability of stationery.
• Maintaining housekeeping attendance.
• Attending daily visitors and updating sheets.
• Handling Stationary and keeping records of housekeeping materials also ( ordering and maintaining)
• Dispatching and receiving couriers.
• Handling couriers of all centers
• Checking daily operations of all centers
• Calling to daily absent employees.
• Attending calls from patients
• Keep records of monthly bills on a sheet
• Maintaining first-aid
• Auditing of rooms every day
• Speaks to vendors also (On Call)
