As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in maintaining the hotel's high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Reservations:
• Manage room reservations and cancellations through the hotel's reservation system.
• Update and maintain accurate guest information and booking details.
• Assist with special requests and ensure all arrangements are in place for guest comfort.
• Administrative Duties:
• Process payments and maintain financial records with accuracy.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and any issues are addressed.
• Communication:
• Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
• Safety and Security:
• Follow established procedures for guest safety and security.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer applications.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
