Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Billing and Employee Care Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer billing transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Additionally, you will provide support and assistance to restaurant staff, helping to create a positive work environment and ensuring employee needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing and Transactions:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
• Process customer orders accurately using the restaurant's POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods effectively.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and manage exchanges as needed.
• Ensure all billing transactions are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with restaurant policies.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with menu questions and provide recommendations when requested. Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
