Job Title: Client Care Associate

Reporting to: Floor Manager

Job description:

As a Front Desk Associate in a facility with 24•7 operations, this role will play a crucial role in providing seamless service delivery to all customers and pets along with facilitating customer appointments and record management. He/she will work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, front desk administration and billing activities..

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Customer care experience. o Greet customers with an empathetic and cordial demeanour. o Record customer and pet data efficiently, alongwith updating medical records. o Assist in new Pet registration process. o Attending phone calls & email queries related to hospital services courteously and promptly. o Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate staff members within the hospital. o Schedule patient appointments accurately, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant departments. o Provide all assistance required by customers with the admissions and check-out process. o Address pet concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary. o Maintain a calm and empathetic attitude when dealing with difficult situations. o Efficient process adherence to billing activities Tata Trusts Confidential o Daily collection tally and handover to finance. o To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided. o Monitor the front desk area and ensure a secure and safe environment for customers, pets, visitors, and staff. o Follow security protocols and procedures in case of emergencies. o Collaborate with other members of the veterinary team, including veterinarians, nurses and support staff, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills o Minimum Qualifications :- Graduation o Experience :- Min 3 years' experience; preferably with 1 year or more, of service industry / Healthcare experience. o Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi or Marathi o Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records. o Teams Player: Work collaboratively within a team's environment to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. o Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. o Compassionate and Caring: Display a genuine love for animals and a strong commitment to their well-being and comfort.

Working Hours o This position will require working rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the hospital's patients and visitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,711.10 - ?30,000.00 per month
