Dr. Paws is a chain of new-age veterinary clinics, headquartered in Bangalore. Our aim is to make visits to the vet, a friendly, homely and comfortable experience. We do this by creating clinics that have a calming and welcoming interior, and providing service that is extremely hospitable and caring towards pets and their parents. Our clinics have everything a pet-parent would need under one roof (vet consults, grooming, pet-retail, diagnostics, imaging, surgeries etc.)

Position Overview:



As a Front-of-House Associate at Dr. Paws, you will be the initial point of contact for customers and pets visiting our clinic. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth, pleasant, and positive experience with our services. You will play a crucial role in upholding the friendly and professional atmosphere that Dr. Paws is known for. This position combines customer service, administrative duties, sales, and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner. Schedule, modify, and confirm customer appointments efficiently. Promote and sell Dr. Paws Membership Packs to customers, assisting them in understanding the benefits. Welcome pets and their owners upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Engage with pets and their owners while they wait, providing a friendly and calming environment. Complete billing processes accurately and promptly for all services rendered. Recommend pet-related products such as toys, food, accessories, etc., ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases. Receive and organize new stock orders for the clinic's retail store. Work closely with housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment. Open and close the clinic securely every day, following proper procedures to ensure safety and security.

Requirements:



English language skills, both spoken and written. Confident and engaging personality with excellent communication skills. Strong foundation in customer service or hospitality, with a positive and welcoming attitude. A genuine affinity for animals and comfort in being around dogs or cats. Ability to work with basic software systems, such as appointment scheduling tools and billing systems. Quick to learn new processes, open to constructive feedback, and eager to improve.
