Receiving visitors at the front desk and directing them to the right person or office.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Coordinating with existing customers to reserve meeting rooms.
Preparing/sending daily reports to managers.
Maintaining office documents as required.
Plan & Oversee daily operations of the building(utility cleanings, gardening, pantry functions, water provision, CCTV monitoring) to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Handling new tenant enquiries, coordinating with reporting manager for lease renewals, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
