One of our leading wellness clubs is hiring a front desk associate for their outlet.
The front desk is the first point of contact for members and guests at our fitness club. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Member Services:
• Greet and check-in members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding membership, classes, and club services.
• Process new membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
• Assist members with account information, including updating personal details and handling billing inquiries.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of member visits and transactions.
• Manage the scheduling of classes, personal training sessions, and facility reservations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, including sales of merchandise and services.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication:
• Relay important information about club policies, upcoming events, and promotions to members and guests.
• Address and resolve any member concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation and enhance the overall member experience.
• Safety and Security:
• Monitor the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for all members and staff.
• Enforce club policies and procedures related to safety and conduct.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
