Role Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s\xef\x82\xb7 Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure front office and waiting area is spic-n-span\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities\xef\x82\xb7 Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing, hotel booking, cab/transport partner etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriers \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs, Refrigerator, Lighting, Furniture, Paint etc.\xef\x82\xb7 All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) is stacked properly in designated space/place\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access\xef\x82\xb7 Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for minimum 2 years\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power point and Outlook) \xef\x82\xb7 Pleasant to talk to\xef\x82\xb7 Professional attitude and appearance\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati) \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges, if any \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent organizational skills\xef\x82\xb7 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks \xef\x82\xb7 Customer service attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per monthBenefits:
