Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Take and relay messages promptly to the appropriate staff members. \xc2\xb7 Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safety and hygiene standards of the office area are upheld at all times. \xc2\xb7 Manage office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture. \xc2\xb7 Oversee office services such as cleaners and maintenance providers. \xc2\xb7 Record and maintain office expenses accurately. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and coordinate meetings. Key Skills: \xc2\xb7 Good verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in telephone communication etiquette.. \xc2\xb7 Skilled at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking.
