Designation Cafe Steward and Customer Service Executive Number of Openings 3 Work Location Sector 116, NOIDA Years of Salary per Annum CTC (Give a Range) 180,000-240,000 Travel Percentage & Compensation NA Weekly Offs (Fixed or Flexible) & Working Hours 4 monthly off according to roaster Gender preference if any None Professional and Educational Skills Needed Senior Secondary school or equivalent Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or air hostess training Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Day to Day Responsibilities Greet customers and offer them menus and beverages Take orders and deliver food and drinks to customers Answer phone calls and provide information about our cafe services and operating hours Assist with reservations and special requests Comply with all safety and sanitation standards and procedures Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Support other staff members as needed Ability to learn making coffee, mocktails, etc
