Provide first-line support to commercial customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Resolve service-related issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Offer product and service information, helping customers to understand the benefits, features, and offerings.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
Process service requests, orders, and billing inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and other support teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and proactively suggest solutions to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the commercial team to improve overall service quality.
Assist in preparing customer reports and insights related to service performance.
