Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Trainee Sales Recruiters. In this role, you will learn the end-to-end recruitment process, work with clients, and help source top talent. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the IT recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT roles
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit for job openings
• Work closely with the senior recruitment team to understand client requirements
• Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand open positions and target candidates
• Support in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (any discipline) or final-year students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and a passion for recruitment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
