Role & responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Operations trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales processes and operational strategies within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, Visiting customers, and follow-ups.
• Help maintain and update the customer database and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in logistics coordination and client communication.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and operational skills.
• Respond to B2B inquiries and negotiate rates with Customers for winning Contracts.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, Graduates and (recent graduates preferred).

• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Basic understanding of sales and operations principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Trainee position - 6 months probation. Upon completion of probation, conversion to a full-time employee depends on performance.
?12,500 CTC per month.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
