1. Business Development Executive (BDE) - Fresher

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements Generate leads and build relationships with international clients Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks Work on email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups Collaborate with the technical team to close deals

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong research and analytical skills Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development) is a plus

2. Flutter Developer - Fresher

Responsibilities:

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter Work with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing applications Debug, test, and maintain applications Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experience Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework Understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations Good problem-solving and debugging skills Passion for mobile development and learning new technologies
