Qualification: HSC-Graduate, with proficiency in English and local language. Experience: 0-2 years. Preference for those from reputed 4 wheeler dealership. \xef\x82\xb7 To contact customers regularly via email/sms/wats app/tel.calling in terms of service due reminders, appointment booking, post service feedback calling and other promotional offers/camp. \xef\x82\xb7 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and laid down policies. \xef\x82\xb7 Generating PSF and appointments list from the DMS system. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing list and arranging Home visit for all PSF complaint customer. \xef\x82\xb7 Updating information in DMS system related to feedback of customer (IFF/IFC etc.) \xef\x82\xb7 Updating customers concerns (VOC) during PSF as per OEM norms. \xef\x82\xb7 Calling customer for complaint registered (aggrieved customer) and resolving it within stipulated time period as per the OEM process. \xef\x82\xb7 Updating resolved complaints details in DMS and or Dealership defined process. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining daily and monthly complaint monitoring report. \xef\x82\xb7 To achieve the set business targets (appointment, PSF). \xef\x82\xb7 To daily update appointments generated details in DMS. 2)Secondary Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Act as single point of contact for service and related concerns. \xef\x82\xb7 Daily /weekly/monthly MIS reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing list and organising pick up \xe2\x80\x93drop facility of customer\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle in coordination with service team. \xef\x82\xb7 To manage service reception, attend customer and take care of customer lounge area as and when required. \xef\x82\xb7 To attend all training programmes organised by OEM/Dealership.
