Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic freshers with a passion for sales to join our International Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and generate leads for international logistics services.
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build a pipeline of customers needing freight and logistics solutions.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
• Negotiate rates, close deals, and secure long-term contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Market Research:
• Research industry trends and market demands in the international logistics space.
• Analyze competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Coordination and Follow-Up:
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Track shipments and provide clients with timely updates on their consignments.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
