Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing and Management

• Product Listing : Adding products to the ecommerce website, including detailed descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and specifications.
• Inventory Management : Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory counts to prevent over-selling or stockouts.
• Product Categorization : Ensuring products are correctly categorized to improve user experience and searchability.
• Pricing and Discounts : Updating product pricing and managing discounts or promotions as per marketing plans.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Order Management : Ensuring orders are processed promptly, coordinating with the warehouse team for dispatch, and updating order status.
• Quality Check Coordination : Working with the team to ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
• Delivery Coordination : Monitoring deliveries to ensure timely arrivals and handling any issues that may arise.

3. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Competitor Monitoring : Keeping an eye on competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Market Trends : Researching current ecommerce trends to suggest new products or improvements in the website experience.
• Customer Preferences : Identifying customer needs and preferences through research and surveys to help align the product lineup with market demand.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/B.Com/ PGDM/BCA / BE/ MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
• 0-1 Year experience in E-Commerce account handling.
• He/she should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Email correspondence.
• Fluency in English communication would be considered a major plus point.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
