Roles and Responsibilities:-

BPO/ Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound chat.

Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.

Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.

Excellent English communication/written skills along with active listening and typing skills.

Must be willing to work in rotational night shift.

Qualifications: - Graduate (any degree)/Minimum 12th Pass

Requirements - Average to fluent communication skills in English

Salary- 12000 - 15000 in hand
