: Fresher Yoga Therapist

Position: Yoga Teacher (Fresher)

Location: [Rajasthan- Punjab- Maharashtra]

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Yoga Classes:

- Lead yoga classes for individuals or groups, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

- Instruct participants in various yoga poses, techniques, and breathing exercises.

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and individual needs.

2. Lesson Planning:

- Develop lesson plans that align with the principles of yoga and cater to the fitness levels of participants.

- Introduce new sequences, postures, and mindfulness practices to keep classes diverse and interesting.

3. Promote Health and Well-being:

- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being.

- Provide guidance on lifestyle choices, nutrition, and holistic health practices.

4. Assist in Class Setup:

- Set up and organize yoga props and equipment before classes.

- Ensure a clean and welcoming space for participants.

5. Feedback and Support:

- Offer constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their practice.

- Provide support and encouragement to individuals facing challenges in their yoga journey.

Requirements:

2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and guide participants.

3. Passion for Yoga: Genuine passion for yoga and a desire to share its benefits with others.

4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.

5. Punctuality: Timeliness in class attendance and preparation.

6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with participants and create a positive and inclusive class environment.

7. Physical Fitness: Good physical health and fitness level to demonstrate yoga poses effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raja Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Yoga certification (Preferred)
