Title: Management Trainee (US Support - Compliance Audit)- Fresher

Shift : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift)- Work From Office

Location: Panjim, Goa

Role & responsibilities

Setting up compliance checklist for new clients onboarded

• Reviewing BGV/DT reports in compliance with clients' policies and legal regulations before final submission of new hires
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain track records for all the contingent starts and their final clearance with all supporting documents
• Completing Client Audits (BGV/DT and applicable health screenings)
• Initiates adverse action, if needed, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Monthly file audits
• Maintain I9 and E-verify documentation
• Performing New Hire Employee Categorization Audit (Rate Audits)
• Performing termination audits (Equipment return and termination process)
• Effectively handling US benefit administration for active employees.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have completed their Bachelor's/master's degree (Completely) with Excellent English Communication

Must be comfortable with night shift

Proffered - candidate must be from sales/BPO/Customer support/call center/International BPO/Marketing with excellent communication preferred.

Local candidates are preferred
