We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst with a fresh MBA background, coupled with civil engineering and finance expertise, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate projects and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for real estate projects.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform due diligence.
• Project Management:
• Support project managers in the planning and execution of real estate projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain databases and dashboards for project tracking and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and present analytical reports to senior management.
• Client Relations:
• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Provide support in client meetings and presentations.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics is a plus.
