Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. No prior experience is required; we provide training for freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services. Explain the benefits and features of the company's offerings. Maintain a database of customer details and update records regularly. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
