As a Sales Executive at Blueslag Technologies, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of Blueslag Technologies' products and services.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and Blueslag Technologies.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently striving for business growth and revenue generation.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
