Profile - Trainee Quality Engineer

Qualification- B.Tech - Mech.

Experience - Fresher

Salary - Upto 15 k ctc

Location - Sakti / Raipur



Developing Quality Standards:

Establishing and documenting quality control procedures and standards for products and processes.

Ensuring that quality standards align with customer and regulatory requirements (ISO standards, etc.).

Conducting Inspections and Audits:

Performing regular inspections of materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance.

Conducting internal audits and supplier audits to ensure quality throughout the supply chain.

Testing and Analysis:

Developing and implementing tests to identify defects and measure product performance.

Analyzing test results and recommending corrective actions when necessary.

Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (RCA & CAPA):

Investigating quality issues, identifying the root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Following up to ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Process Monitoring and Improvement:

Monitoring manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.

Applying methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) to enhance efficiency and quality.

Training and Collaboration:

Training production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Collaborating with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, procurement) to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed records of quality checks, inspections, test results, and compliance data.

Preparing quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance with Regulations:

Ensuring the manufacturing process complies with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and regulatory requirements.

Staying updated with new quality regulations and industry best practices.

Managing Quality Tools and Techniques:

Using tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Charts, and Pareto Analysis to identify and mitigate quality risks.
