Dear Candidates, We are hiring for one of our reputed Real Estate Client for the following position. Position - Site Executive Location - Central/Western Mumbai Experience - 0 to 3 years experience as a site executive. Job Responsibilities:
- The candidates will be responsible for showing residential real estate projects at assigned locations such as Central, Western Mumbai.
- He/ she will brief about the running projects to the customers over the call or in the meeting time at the projects site.
- The candidates will be responsible for maintaining the database of our clients.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Ms office
- Any Graduate candidates can also apply
- Candidate must have handled the same locations property and they must know few local brokers of that particular area and the experience should be of resale /secondary properties.
- The candidate must be staying between Dadar to Goregaon to manage the site visits easily.
- The Candidate must have bike with valid driving license.
