:-
• Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activities and networking events.
• Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
Qualification :- Graduate/Post Graduate
