Roles and Responsibilities

- Get familiar with and complete daily tasks.
- Read and understand material about the assigned project to gain domain knowledge.
- Participate in meetings and trainings.
- Learn and continually update yourself.

- Comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations, and escalate anything observed to the contrary.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Meet daily targets and all SLAs as communicated.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates with consistently excellent academic record.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office suite.
- Good typing skills.
- Willing to work in any shift.
