The Entry-Level HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources department. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to kickstart their career in HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track employee development plans, and assist in the implementation of training programs.
• Performance Management: Help in the administration of performance review processes and maintain performance records.
• HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
