Job Description
Location: Kalkaji, South Delhi.
(Nearest Metro: Govind Puri & Nehru Enclave)
US Shift: 7pm - to - 4am
Hiring Freshers - Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
• Bench Sales Coordination : Work with bench candidates (employees who are currently between projects) and actively identify suitable job opportunities for them.
• Client Interaction : Reach out to potential clients (recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams) to understand their staffing needs.
• Resume Screening : Review resumes of bench candidates, assess their skills, and match them with job openings.
• Job Placement : Actively market bench candidates to clients and ensure timely placement.
• Follow-up : Follow up with clients and candidates to track progress, maintain relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Candidate Engagement : Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes for bench candidates.
• Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, staffing agencies, and other industry professionals to source new opportunities.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of bench candidates, placements, and status updates in the company's database.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
